Habit: practise a language

Use a habit to follow a routine across eligible days or periods. Choose a schedule, then mark a completed practice or enter a numeric progress value.

  • Example: practise on three days each week.
  • Habit consistency appears separately from task completion.

Habit with a value: read for 20 minutes

Use duration, count or quantity when the amount matters. A duration habit records minutes; a quantity habit uses your chosen unit.

  • Record 10 minutes now and another 10 later.
  • The goal period determines which entries are added together.
