Steady week: several kinds of progress

The sample has 12 completed tasks, 90 active session minutes and 4 successful habit goals out of 5 resolved eligible goals.

  • Task completion describes finished work.
  • Session minutes describe recorded active time, excluding pauses.
  • Habit consistency is 4 ÷ 5, or 80%, for these resolved goals.

Catch-up week: old tasks can finish today

The sample has 18 completed tasks, 45 active session minutes and 3 successful habit goals out of 5 resolved goals. Some tasks were created much earlier.

  • A higher task count does not prove more recorded focus time.
  • Task creation-to-completion time includes time before the work session.
  • Habit consistency is 3 ÷ 5, or 60%, independently of task completion.

Open week: a goal can still be completed

The sample has 6 completed tasks, 120 active session minutes, 2 successful habit goals out of 3 resolved goals, and 2 unfinished open goals.

  • The open goals are excluded from the resolved-goal denominator.
  • For the three resolved goals, consistency is about 67%.
  • These numbers alone do not determine a Digital Twin score.
