Build a Smart filter with five condition groups

Try priority, tags, completion, GTD status and a date range on five fictional tasks. The example period is fixed: 15 to 21 May 2028, including both dates. It does not use the current week or your own plans. Keep the task details in view while you compare All and Any.

Only automatic matches are shown. In Mement, manually linked children are included as well, without duplicates. Completion Status and GTD Status are separate filter groups. This exercise compares calendar dates only. In Mement, saved start and end boundaries are compared with each task’s saved date and time; check results for tasks that have a time. The example changes nothing in Mement.

Tasks matching at least one selected condition

A task appears when at least one selected condition matches. The initial High and Work selection shows four tasks. Adding Next Actions also includes watering the plants. With Any, selecting Unfinished alongside High still includes the completed high-priority task. Choose All when every selected condition must hold.
