Tasks, Lists, Projects, and Areas support reusable tags and optional High, Medium, or Low priority. Label records by context, place, or another meaning that helps you find them across different Projects and Areas.
Combine these fields with completion state, dates, location, and GTD status in Smart filters. Dates and reminders remain separate choices, so you can mark importance without assigning an artificial deadline.
