App locking uses the available device biometrics and an auto-lock delay. Record-level Biometric Lock and Security notification provide more specific protection. Protected records follow their visibility rules in system search, widgets and other supported Apple entry points. Without a date or time, ordinary editors show “Biometric Lock” as a row. Adding a schedule turns its icon into a circle beside the notification options. Habit editors show all four circles in “Schedule” immediately, including without a custom time. Swipe horizontally across the circles to enable the options you touch; vertical scrolling leaves them unchanged. Hold for help. Tap “Repeat” to choose an interval or turn follow-up off. Optional product diagnostics, Apple Health access and deliberate sharing remain separate choices. AI features use their on-device paths; Health-personalized Digital Twin state stays local, while separate progress without Health data can synchronize privately. Review a Passport, report or Task card before sharing it.
